TehRay PHENOM Hale (he/him) is a celebrated Hip-Hop mentor and artist. He creates safe spaces for young artists to develop into impactful peacekeepers and living testimonies of success. His programs leave his mentees walking away with community and political awareness, goal setting strategies, decision-making skills, workplace professionalism, increased self-actualization, and valuable field knowledge as methods of violence prevention. His artistic strategy has proven to be effective, saving and transforming lives by creating new agents of change that continue to carry the work further.
